ANSWER: Acute Infero-Postero-Lateral MI with RV infarct and 3° AVB. STE inferiorly, reciprocal change in AVL, STD in V2 indicates posterior involvement; RV infarct diagnosed by STE in III>II, STD in I, and STE in V1.

The patient will be preload dependent.
